Developing youth work in Europe can be a daunting task. Mostly because the way youth work is organised in different European countries, under different national frameworks, sometimes with no legal framework or with very complex ones. What is possible in Greece is not possible in Norway, and so on.
With the help of youth workers participating in ECYC lead European projects, developed through this #valueyouthwork work plan, we have created a tool that addresses these challenges and helps bridge youth work’s theoretical and practical differences. This tool is a conceptual ‘’road map’’ that allows for youth work practices to be compared and for youth work projects and tools to be developed or brought under discussion.
